Jay Caldwell has confirmed and completed the exhibitor application. As far as I know, he is the only hybrid car exhibitor that has completed the application. Jay says the will have tent, and plans to bring up to 3 cars if space permits.

I had a conversation with Jon Cox of Honda World today. He says his insurance only covers his lot. He is only interested in participating of EcoFest carries insurance. I'm sending this question as an e-mail to Debbie as well.

I'm also waiting for contact information on a local Smart Car Dealer. I could not find one on the internet, have asked Debbie if she knows who did the display at EarthDay. Have also posted the question on the SmartCarUSA website. It will take 24 hours for a response.

The closest Smart Car Dealer is Jackie Cooper Imports in Tulsa, OK. Amy Dean the Smart Car Coordinator is going to let me know if they did the Earth Day display, and if they are interested in bringing the cars to Conway in September.

I just finished speaking with Amy Dean from Jackie Cooper Import Cars in Tulsa. They had the Smart Car exhibit at Earth Day and are going to participate at EcoFest. I'm about to send Amy the link to the exhibitor application. Yeah!
